Tara grall
Hi, I’m Tara Grall. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is rooted in attachment-focused therapy and trauma-informed care. I specialize in helping clients understand how early relationships shape emotional patterns, self-worth, and connection with others. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Together, we work to identify those patterns and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I have extensive experience working with children and families, including play therapy and developmentally appropriate approaches that help children express emotions, build confidence, and strengthen relationships with caregivers. I also work with adults who are healing from trauma, navigating difficult relationships, or working toward personal growth and emotional regulation. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
