Approach to Therapy

I have extensive experience working with children and families, including play therapy and developmentally appropriate approaches that help children express emotions, build confidence, and strengthen relationships with caregivers. I also work with adults who are healing from trauma, navigating difficult relationships, or working toward personal growth and emotional regulation. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
