I draw from evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and polyvagal-informed practices to help clients regulate their nervous systems, process pain, and reconnect with themselves and others. What sets my practice apart is the integration of clinical knowledge with real-life experience. I offer more than just talk therapy—my work spans across the life cycle, including birth and bereavement doula care, parenting support, and relationship counseling. I also recognize that many clients come to therapy without knowing their experiences are trauma.
