Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in attachment science. I work from the belief that healing happens best within safe, attuned relationships—whether between therapist and client, partners, or parent and child. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and polyvagal-informed practices to help clients regulate their nervous systems, process pain, and reconnect with themselves and others. What sets my practice apart is the integration of clinical knowledge with real-life experience. I offer more than just talk therapy—my work spans across the life cycle, including birth and bereavement doula care, parenting support, and relationship counseling. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, relationship distress, or the intensity of new parenthood, I offer grounded support that honors your whole story—body, mind, and spirit. I also recognize that many clients come to therapy without knowing their experiences are trauma. My role is to hold space without judgment, invite curiosity over shame, and help you make sense of your internal world—so you can live with greater peace, purpose, and connection.
