Jasmine Byrd

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in both clinical and community mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other life challenges. My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I am trained in EMDR, Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), and am a certified Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator. These tools allow me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client while fostering healing, resilience, and growth. Currently, my passion and specialization lie in supporting mothers—especially first-time moms and women navigating the pre- and postpartum journey. I provide a safe, compassionate space for women to explore the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with motherhood. My goal is to help moms feel empowered, supported, and connected as they navigate this profound stage of life. Whether you are managing the impact of trauma, experiencing anxiety, or adjusting to motherhood, I walk alongside you with empathy and evidence-based strategies to help you build balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Approach to Therapy

What makes my therapy unique is that I meet you exactly where you are. Even in moments when it feels like ‘just conversation,’ I’m helping you uncover patterns, make connections, and better understand the deeper layers of your struggles. My approach is flexible, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with truly being heard.
