Approach to Therapy

My approach is biblically grounded and client-centered. I anchor counseling in Scripture and a Christian worldview while thoughtfully incorporating evidence-informed clinical practices to support emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, my work attends to heart posture, meaning, and lived experience, helping clients develop insight, resilience, and faithful responses to anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. my counseling reflects a holistic view of the person, addressing spiritual formation alongside emotional regulation, relational patterns, and practical skill-building.
