Approach to Therapy
Relationship is first and foremost. The rapport we build will help us figure out how to help you grow. It is a we approach. I am a Gottman relationship counselor, DBT, CBT, REBT, and I typically use the approach that best meets your needs. If you have something I cannot help you with, I will find it, study it, and using in our time together.
