Amber Teubert
I’ve been providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for over 13 years. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients understand their thoughts and emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to live in alignment with their values. I also bring expertise in telehealth, offering accessible, effective support across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Illinois. I strive to create a warm, empowering, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

Approach to Therapy
I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring strategies to each client’s needs and goals. Using CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients explore thoughts and emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping skills. I focus on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to process experiences, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
