Approach to Therapy
I am in the process of getting EMDR trained, by March 2026. I use IFS informed and Jungian parts work to heal trauma. My style of therapy blends depth psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy with attachment based work. We explore the roots of your patterns and the symbolic language of your inner world while also using practical skills from DBT and CBT to help you regulate, stay present, and move through daily life with more ease. Together we make sense of your story in a way that feels healing, not overwhelming.
