Approach to Therapy

My approach is tailored to each person who walks into my office. A space that is built on my values: honesty, integrity, creativity, self-compassion, activism, safety. We will dig in to what matters most to you, define what your values are - how to live a life of meaning driven by those values. You will learn tools to be present in the unpredictability of every day living.
