Approach to Therapy
My approach is built for people who are ready to go beyond coping and into real psychological change. While I use evidence-based treatments like EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for trauma, OCD, addiction, and phobias, the work does not stop at protocol. I pay close attention to how your defenses, attachment patterns, and identity structures were formed—and how they continue to operate in real time. Therapy becomes an active laboratory for examining fear, avoidance, control, and meaning as they show up between us and in your daily life. Clients often tell me the work feels clear, grounded, and deeply honest: structured enough to create momentum, but spacious enough to explore the existential questions underneath anxiety, trauma, and compulsive patterns.
