Approach to Therapy
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and body image therapy to address the unique mental health challenges women face during preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. I also offer couples therapy for partners experiencing fertility treatment strain, communication breakdown, and intimacy issues related to infertility.
