I am not the therapist who just sits and nods and does not provide any feedback. I will sit with you through the hard things and tell you the truth about what needs to shift. My support is direct, grounded, and human. Due to my own lived experiences, I know where you're coming from and how to help you get to the healthy place you want to be. This work respects your beliefs, be they spiritual, non-religious, or personal. I work exclusively one-on-one as I believe that the biggest and lasting change happens in a focused space.
