Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is real, supportive, and tailored to you. No pressure to have the perfect words or the perfect life—just a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I combine evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and executive function coaching with a lot of compassion and a little humor when it helps. Whether we’re working through anxiety, emotional ups and downs, or just trying to make life feel less overwhelming, we’ll focus on practical skills, honest conversations, and steady progress. I’ll meet you where you are—and we’ll figure it out together.
