I take time to understand your unique experiences, values, and strengths so that we can create a path forward that truly fits you. I integrate practical, solution-focused strategies with evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows us to address immediate challenges while also exploring deeper patterns that may be holding you back. At the same time, I trust intuition and the natural wisdom each person carries, helping you reconnect with your own inner resources for healing and growth. In our work together, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. Therapy is not about me telling you what to do—it’s about working together to uncover new perspectives, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
