Hi, I’m Dr. Janelle Louis, a psychiatric nurse practitioner (AZ, WA) and licensed naturopathic doctor (VT) with nine years of experience in integrative mental health. My sessions are warm, collaborative, and designed to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered. We’ll explore both your inner world and the physical factors influencing your mood and overall mental health in order to create a personalized path toward your ideal life. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you move beyond survival so that you truly thrive—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My initial appointment is $297, follow-up for combined medication management and therapy is $185, and therapy only sessions are $148/session with a weekly or biweekly commitment.
