Approach to Therapy

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all together. I work collaboratively with clients to explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also focusing on tools that help in everyday life. On a personal note, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and never judged. Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about supporting you through growth, healing, and self-understanding.
