Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. While I often draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, my work is highly individualized to each client. I see therapy as a collaborative process—together we identify what works best for you, not just what fits a model. My approach is integrative, meaning I pull from multiple modalities depending on your needs, personality, and goals. This may include elements of person-centered, narrative, psychodynamic, or strengths-based therapy. By blending techniques, I’m able to adapt in the moment—sometimes you may need practical skills and structure, other times space to process, reflect, and heal. What makes my approach unique is flexibility. I don’t believe therapy should feel like being fit into a box. Instead, I create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected while we work toward meaningful and lasting change.
