With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Master-Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), and a Qualified Supervisor for registered clinical mental health and marriage & family therapist interns in Florida. My approach is collaborative, grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focued Brief Therapy. I also integrate strengths-based and trauma-informed practices to meet each person where they are. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up authentically, explore patterns, and build meaningful change.
