Approach to Therapy
I approach therapy with the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and practical tools that actually fit your life. My work is trauma-informed and person-centered, and I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills such as mindfulness and distress tolerance, and solution-focused approaches. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and strengthening your ability to navigate challenges with more confidence and self-compassion.
