As an LCSW with 26 years experience helping people navigate life's challenges, I’m about meeting you where you're at, supporting you with evidence-based tools, and helping you make real progress toward a healthier, happier life. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I believe you already have the wisdom and strength you need to tackle the challenges that life throws your way. My job is to assist you in uncovering the wisdom and strength that lies within you. Through the unfolding of your native insight and actualizing a greater sense of strength and calm, you are able to live a richer, fuller, and more meaningfule life. Ultimately, therapy is driven by you, by what you are comfortable with and by what makes sense to you. In collaboration with you, I draw from several healing modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CBT, ACT, and Positive Psychology to help you achieve your goals. These tools are not just methods, but pathways that help you align with your true self, embrace your emotional landscape, and restore a sense of peace and purpose.
