I get it, life gets crazy, it has a way of throwing things our way that we don’t ask for – it sometimes sucks. We all know it, yet we still feel alone, isolated, and embarrassed when life gets us down. The best thing about life is that we do still have opportunities to connect with people who may be different but share so many of the same experiences.
Therapeutic Approach
My experience has been around alcohol and drug rehabilitation, which often comes with things like anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, and many other life-altering experiences. I am open to help anyone who needs to feel the human connection, wants to find a healthier way to live, or strives to be better for themselves. As your therapist, I believe it is my job to help you feel the uncomfortable things, process the difficult things, and appreciate the happy things. I look forward to working with you to reach acceptance and accomplish the fulfillment and peace you search for!
