Brittany Fleischer
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and identity shifts. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and nervous system–informed work to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. I believe insight creates choice, and choice creates change. In our work together, we slow things down, explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. I strive to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and direct—where you can show up fully and begin building a life that feels more aligned, steady, and self-led.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and practical change. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy to help you understand long-standing patterns, attachment dynamics, and the deeper roots of your emotional experiences. When we understand where something comes from, it often becomes less overwhelming and more workable. I also integrate cognitive and behavioral strategies to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns and build new habits that support emotional stability. In addition, I incorporate nervous system–informed techniques so you can learn how to regulate stress, respond instead of react, and feel more in control of your internal world. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about increasing awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and helping you build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
