Olivia Lauzon
I believe people are resilient. Trauma may have shaped you, but it doesn't define you or your future. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. I can be a safe landing space for you to navigate the journey from who you are in this moment to who you want to be. Whether you're a mom feeling depleted, a veteran adjusting to life beyond service, or a first responder carrying years of accumulated stress, you deserve support that understands both strength and vulnerability. Trauma responses are how the nervous system adapts to survive. My work focuses on helping you gently move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more grounded, present, and sustainable. We'll center your strengths, honor your experiences, and work towards helping you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your life.
Areas of Expertise
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on your nervous system. I integrate approaches like EMDR, somatic and body-based techniques, cognitive processing therapy and narrative therapy, and an attachment-focused lens. Therapy with me is grounded and compassionate, honest and direct, paced with your readiness, and focused on real-life tools. Healing happens when your body and mind feel supported enough to let go of what they've been holding. Together we will work to reduce trauma responses, building emotional regulation, and create lasting changing. Not just understanding what happened but helping it to stop ruling your life. You don't have to relive every detail of your trauma to heal. We will focus on helping your system feel safer, steadier and more connected so you can show up for your life with more clarity, energy, and ease.
