I believe that healing happens in relationships that feel safe, collaborative, and deeply human. As a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2017, my work is rooted in the understanding that our experiences—especially those shaped by trauma, attachment, and life transitions—live not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies, relationships, and sense of self. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in 2014, and since then have been committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that honors the whole person. I take a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach to therapy, meeting clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their lived experiences. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I integrate evidence-based modalities with mindfulness and somatic awareness, honoring each client’s unique pace and strengths. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients can show up as they are—without judgment—and move toward greater self-trust, resilience, and connection. I am deeply committed to making mental health care accessible, inclusive, and affirming. My hope is that therapy becomes not just a place to cope, but a space to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your capacity for growth, and feel supported as you move forward.
