Diana Morales
My passion is helping children, teens, and families understand themselves, heal from pain, and strengthen their relationships in a safe and affirming environment. I approach therapy with deep empathy, patience, and curiosity. I believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and the freedom to be your authentic self. My work centers around helping clients identify their underlying challenges, build regulation, self-compassion, and empowerment. I bring over 15 years of experience in the social work field and more than 4 years as a therapist.
Therapeutic Approach
I’ve supported children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of challenges—from trauma and loss to identity exploration and daily stressors. My approach is collaborative, creative, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I utilize a holistic, relational, and experiential lens—integrating top-down, bottom-up, and horizontal methods. I blend play, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), trauma-focused therapy, neuropsychotherapy, mindfulness, somatic, and creative practices to support healing, regulation, and connection in an affirming, inclusive space.
