Many people come to therapy feeling like they’ve had to handle life on their own for far too long. Maybe you learned early how to be strong, self-reliant, or emotionally contained because support wasn’t consistently available. Even now, you might appear capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to ask for what you need. Therapy can be a place where you finally don’t have to carry everything alone. I work from a deeply relational and authentic approach. I believe healing happens in the context of safe connection, where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted without judgment. In our work together, you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out. You get to show up as you are. My approach is flexible and tailored to each person and relationship. I integrate Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Gottman, CBT, and reality-based interventions depending on your needs, goals, and the challenges you’re facing. Whether we are working through relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I focus on helping you build insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change that carries into your daily life. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up quickly because I show up as a real person in the room. I value honesty, curiosity, and growth, both personally and professionally, and I am committed to continually deepening my work as a therapist. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself and others. If you’re looking for a therapist who is genuine, relational, and deeply invested in your growth, I’d be honored to work with you. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

Therapeutic Approach

I use various techniques and approaches that focus on looking at the core of who you are, and why you became the person you are today. All behavior is a result of some core belief, reason, or experience, and long-lasting change occurs best targeting that core, whether in individual or couple's therapy. Although changing and adapting external behaviors is important, effective change occurs deeper.
