I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma by reconnecting the mind and body in safe, compassionate ways. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS), guided visualization, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to gently release stored trauma and restore a sense of safety, self-trust, and wholeness. Together, we work to understand how trauma lives in the body and influences patterns of thought, emotion, and relationship. I guide clients in developing awareness of the body’s signals, nurturing inner parts that carry pain, and accessing the innate capacity for self-healing and calm regulation. This work is especially supportive for those navigating: Complex or developmental trauma Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm Attachment wounds and relationship difficulties Burnout, identity loss, and chronic stress My goal is to help each person build deeper self-compassion, resilience, and integration — aligning body, mind, and spirit for sustainable healing.
