As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate the challenges of trauma, relationship conflict, and mood disorders. My approach is active and directive—I believe real change happens when we work collaboratively to understand patterns, build insight, and take concrete steps toward healing and growth. I draw from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from past trauma, rebuilding trust in your relationship, or seeking greater emotional balance, I provide a grounded and compassionate space where meaningful progress can happen. In addition to therapy, I offer assessments for ADHD and autism to help clarify strengths, challenges, and next steps for care. I primarily work with adults and couples, and also see older teens on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to help you move beyond coping—to living with clarity, connection, and confidence.
