Areas of Expertise
Therapeutic Approach
A strength of mine as a therapist is my ability to establish and maintain trust with clients by fostering an environment of safety, empathy, and acceptance. It is important that clients feel heard, seen, validated, and supported. I strive to help clients navigate and process their thoughts, feelings, identities, interpersonal relationships, and life experiences; develop self awareness and compassion; explore/identify strengths for clients to achieve their desired outcomes, increase overall confidence, and find value, meaning, and purpose in their lives. I approach clients with curiosity to gain a better understanding of who they are, their experiences, values, and beliefs.
