Chelsie is a dedicated wellness practitioner with a strong commitment to social justice, trauma-informed healing, and honoring the historical roots and cultural identities of healing practices. Holding a dual degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology, she is deeply fascinated by the ways in which people and places intersect and evolve over time. This passion led her on a path of self-discovery, inspiring certifications across multiple disciplines to support and guide others on their personal growth journeys. Chelsie holds a range of certifications, including a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor trained at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram (2008), Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, 2006), Behavior Change Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine, 2017), Certified Personal Trainer (American College of Sports Medicine, 2016), Level 1 Reiki (2018), 300-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Facilitator (Justice Resource Center, 2018), and Level 1 Thai Massage Certification (Coaching the Body, 2019). These diverse experiences have expanded her expertise in creating integrative, mindful approaches to wellness, with a focus on healing through trauma-informed, culturally conscious practices.
